All members of the team have extensive counselling experience and are regularly updated with developments in the field of diabetes, to ensure that callers are always provided with accurate and appropriate information.
Please note that the Careline team are unable to provide individual medical advice and can not take up individual cases.
*Calls cost no more than 4p per minute. Calls from mobiles usually cost more. If you prefer, you can call 020 7427 1000 and ask the Reception staff to transfer you to the Careline.
